This strategically structured programme seeks to enable the industry to engage with, inspire and empower the youth of today to consider their future career opportunities, at the same time as offering a clear understanding of how energy affects the everyday world around them.

The Africa’s Young Leaders Oil, Gas & Energy Club will shape an ambitious youth culture encouraging:

  • Business school of thought
  • Ownership & responsibility towards a low-carbon future
  • Industry collaboration & innovation
  • Team building & collective contribution
  • Creation of a new-age think tank and research nucleus

In its launch edition, the Africa’s Young Leaders Oil, Gas & Energy Club programme will unite young talent and promote initiative across the energy industry. Aimed at High School students aged between 14 – 21 years of age, the club is designed to win the hearts, minds and brains of today’s youth whilst highlighting the rich diversity of career opportunities available within the sector. Join the Africa Young Talent in Energy Club as a student, organisation or sponsor as we prepare to engage and encourage students to explore the best our industry has to offer.
